Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping for $8.00. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

 

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Coco Carriers is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.” Please ship to a secure address.

Address Changes

For address updates, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

Orders placed by customers to the wrong shipping address are not the responsibility of company.
