Certified to U.S. Baby Carrier Standards

ASTM F2236: Standard for Soft Infant Carriers

All Coco Carriers are tested to the ASTM F2236 standard, the federally recognized benchmark for soft-structured baby carriers in the United States.

This certification, conducted by Intertek, an internationally respected independent testing laboratory, verifies that each Coco Carrier meets stringent requirements for:

• Structural Integrity – Seams, buckles, straps, and fastenings must withstand repeated use and stress without failure.
  
• Dynamic Load Testing – Simulated movement ensures that the carrier remains safe and supportive during real-life babywearing.
  
• Fastener Safety – Buckles, snaps, and Velcro are tested to prevent accidental opening or failure.
  
• Leg Openings & Positioning – Carriers are designed to prevent slipping or unsafe positioning, supporting proper hip and spine development.
