Preorder FAQ
When will my preorder ship?
Coco Dottie is expected to arrive at our warehouse on November 30, 2026! Once inventory arrives, we'll begin packing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Please note that this is an estimated arrival date and may be subject to change.
Will I be charged when I place my preorder?
Yes! Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your Coco Dottie preorder.
Can I purchase the carrier and ruffle pouch separately?
Absolutely! You can purchase the Coco Dottie Carrier, the matching Ruffle Pouch, or bundle them together for a special price. The choice is yours!
Can I use a gift card or discount code?
Yes! Coco Carriers gift cards can be used toward your preorder. Eligible discount codes can also be applied at checkout. Some promotions may not be combined.
What happens if I order other items with my preorder?
Your products will ship as they become in stock, therefore they may be shipped separately.
Is Coco Dottie a limited edition?
Yes! Coco Dottie is a limited-edition collaboration with Mazie. Quantities are limited, and once they're gone, we cannot guarantee a restock. We encourage you to shop preorder and enjoy special preorder pricing!
Can I cancel or change my preorder?
Need to make a change? Please contact us as soon as possible! We can help with order adjustments or cancellation requests before your order ships, subject to our store policies and applicable consumer protections.
What if there's a shipping delay?
